Does anyone know of some good stand mount speakers in the 2-$5K range?

Looking for some stand mount speakers to use in conjunction with my Velodyne DD15 subwoofer. Looking for something musical sounding but detailed, something that doesn’t color the crap out of the music, like make it sound too warm or mid-bassy, but doesn’t sound sterile either. I mostly listen to rock/pop with a little jazz thrown in every now and then.
Any help or pointing me in the right direction will be appreciated, as every manufacturer says their speakers sound perfect.

P.S. Looking for something passive as I LOVE my McIntosh MC252.

Paradigm, Simple as that. for that price you could get a pair of Signiture S8’s (http://paradigm.com/en/reference/fronts-signature-signatures8-model-2-17-1-34.paradigm). Those run about $3,000 and are very, very nice.
