What is the size of the sub woofer in a 2002 Chevy Tahoe?

I have a 2002 Chevy Tahoe, does NOT have the bose system. The rear sub blew and I need to replace it. Crutchfield and Best buy do not know the size. I have pulled it out and measured it. From speaker side to side it’s 7 inches, and from drill hole to drill hole (straight across) it’s 8.5 inches.

Any help is appreciated.

The 2002 Tahoe uses an 8" subwoofer. Some slight modification may be required to replace it with aftermarket. (ie: the mounting holes may not line up exactly or the factory grill may need modified to mount over the new sub without interference.)
