The speakers you can just swap out. The subwoofer will require it's own amplifier. You'll need a LOC (Line out converter) to convert your high signal lvl to a low signal lvl and run that into your amplifier. Then connect up your power wire and ground, find an accessory wire somewhere to connect your remote turn on for the amplifier so it's not on all the time, and hook up the subs. Done.
References :
well first thing you need to do i get an amp,to power em,on the amp,get something like a 750-1000 watt amp,if your gonna power em all,it will have little screws on your amp for wires to connect to,where it says gnd, that means ground wire, hook a wire to your amp and find a near by bolt to hook the other end up to,make sure its tight, now where it says rmt, that means remote wire,at the back of your cd/head unit player, there will be a wiring harness, connect that wire from the amp to that little blue wire,blue/white striped wire, now where it says bat,or +12v on the amp, that means battery, run a wire from there to the negative battery terminal, that will be a power wire.(to hook the amp to your head unit/cd player, you will need to use rca cables.)

now there will be 4 little screws on your amp, make sure to use good quality speaker wire, when hooking your sub/speaker up.

hope this video helps.
References :
http://www.youtube.com/v/UOEsJUidf_0&hl=en"></
