Can i carry sub woofer on an airplane?

I am flying shorty to my home in a different country. I’m planning to take a sub woofer along with me. It weights 10KGs and is quite big. It will anyhow easily fit into one of the checked baggage. But will there be any problem during scanning of checked items? Is it OK if i take it in the checked baggage?

If the subwoofer is within the size and weight allowance for your airline, it should be fine to bring as checked luggage. Subwoofers and speakers are not on any prohibited or restricted lists, it’s only the size and weight that counts. Check your airline’s website for baggage allowances.
