Is there sum way i can make my own Distribution Block for my car amps i have 4?

Is there sum way i can make my own Distribution Block for my car amps i have 4? wires are Just going every where and i wanna set it up an make it look nice so i wanna sum how make my own Distribution Block for the ground wires an 1 for the power so is there any way?

There are premade ones to buy ,
BUT if you really want to make your own , You’ll need a large block of copper and drill holes into the size of the power wires then drill a hole at 90 degrees to it then tap the hole and get set screws to lock the wires down. the trouble is mounting it Isolated meaning not touching ground , you can drill hole thru it and mount it to the sub box ect

The sound from two loudspeakers is received by a microphone at a point far away along the line …?

The sound from two loudspeakers is received by a microphone at a point far away along the line through the speakers. The microphone registers maximum intensity when the speakers are 20 cm apart. The sound intensity decreases as the distance between the speakers is increased, reaching zero at a separation of 44 cm. If the distance between the speakers continues to increase, at what separation will the sound intensity again be a maximum?

The distance to the micophone is given as ‘far away’ and therefore no allowance need be made for the increase in distance as the speaker is moved.
The separation of the trough and peak intensity is 44 minus 20 cm = 24cm which is the peak to zero distance.
44 + 24 = 68cm separation to the next peak.
68 + 24 = 92cm to the next zero
and so on

How can I learn about car audio and speakers?

I really want to know about car audio and how it all works. I want to know what ohms, headunit functions, rms and everything means. I would like to be able to know what will work in a car audio system without having to ask. Where or how can I learn this stuff? Any books or what?

Go to www.carstereo.com It is a very informative site with in-depth articles and diagrams.

You should also join the following car audio forums:

how do you connect a turn on lead to a car amplifier?

im not sure how to do it.. at all. i just bought an amplifier wiring kit and it comes with a thin blue wire. i know it connects to the turn on wire thats in the back of my aftermarket stereo its just i dont know how to connect them.

Your going to have to remove your stereo from the dash to install the amp wiring kit. This will give you access to the RCA output jacks and let you connect the remote turn on wire also. It is usually a blue wire on the back of your stereo and may also be marked with a sticker or tag identifying it. Check out this guide for installing an amp. Good luck.

What is the best way to disguise a (car audio) subwoofer?

I want to avoid theft and hide my car audio system. I am using the factory CD player and have mounted the amp and capacitor under the seats, but the sub won’t fit anywhere but in the back. How should I "disguise" my subwoofer in the back? I was thinking about throwing a blanket over it but I don’t think that will be enough. Also, would I lose any sound quality if I just threw a blanket over it? It’s a single 12" pioneer shallow subwoofer. Thank you!

people are going to hear you driving with the sub so they will know that you have something in the back. so might as well put it facing the rear and enjoy.

What speakers and sub-woofer would be best for connecting to a TV for mainly listening to music?

I have a TV with an ipod dock. I want to buy a decent sub-woofer and speakers to connect to it, mainly for listening to music, just for a more bassy sound, but all I can find is home cinema systems Are these suitable? I only want to spend maximum £200 on these. Does anybody have any suggestions as to what I could get or any advice. Thanks :)
check at some online shops like d2dchina.com
They have wide varieties of electronics like Tv, speakers, DVD-blueray players, computer accessories, Cameras & Camcorders, Apple Accessories Car & GPS etc.. They are cheap, professional wholesalers and offers various discounts on products. I had ordered my logitech from there, surprisingly it was reached in 3 days to my home without any hassles. this is the link.May be you find your looking one there.

How many amps can i run off of my head unit?

I have a PIONEER DEH-3100UB. I am running 2 amps at the moment and was wondering if I can run more to it or if their is connections which will allow me to add more! Also, do some head units have more plug ins for more amps or do they all have the same amount?

most of the higher priced HU’s have 3 sets, front/rear/sub, but many have two or just 1. That really doesn’t determine how many amps can be connected. You can use external sound processors that will receive 1, 2, or 3 inputs and give you multiple outputs, or you can use y cables to split one output into 2, and there are also amps that have rca pass-throughs so you can connect one amp to another.
