   Simple. You don’t

   You buy new speakers

   Take out burnt out coil. and replace with new one simple.

   In most cases you simply replace the speaker.

   In the case of a very high end speaker designed to be repaired, you need to take it to a technician experienced in the task.

   Take to a specialist speaker repair/reconeing shop
   look up recone on google or similar in your area.
