can i buy loudspeakers for my laptop that would be really really really loud?

all you need is a speaker set. I got a 5.1 surround sound set from futureshop last year for 50$.
just plugs into the headphone port of the laptop.

any powered speaker set would work

  1. yes you can but you would pay loads and loads and loads for them.

  2. Sure. Just cable the headphone sound from the laptop (unless it has Dolby 5.1 output like mine) into an amplifier that’s connected to your deadly serious speakers. I would shop EBay or Craig’s list for a used amp and speakers. People are always upgrading. Just listen to the speakers at volume before paying for them… ;)
Sure, powered speakers have the amp built in–but it’s often pretty sad.

  4. Go to Radio Shack and get the speakers that are usually for desktop computers but you can also plug in your laptop’s green colored headphone plug.

  5. 1. it depends on the amplifiers you connect to your laptop, if they are loud.

    2. it depends on whether your sound card in your laptop can handle it.

    3. it depends on whether your volume is turned up in Control Panel, as well as in the software you’re playing it in, as well as on the controls on your computer’s outside for volume and on the amplifier’s outside for volume.

The lower the pitch the bigger the speaker required.
