Who sings a song that has a video of some clowns in a car falling off a cliff?

Does anyone know who the artist is that has a video of a group of clowns falling off a cliff in a car and when it hits the ground they get out and walk around. There was maybe 3 of them, I’m not all to sure. I think the song has the lyrics "Mister Writer, Don’t you want me to know", or something like that but I can’t find anything when I search those lyrics.
