Anyone know any slow car video games that are based in a city?

Hey, I have been trying to find a video game that has to do with driving in the city. I want a slow paced game. I do not like games such as Midnight Club and Need for Speed. I am looking for games that are made for driving slow, and in a city.
On XBOX 360 and MAC
