Portable (in car) DVD players?
Hi my question is regarding portable DVD players, I have been looking at one of these for in the car for long journeys for my children. I was going to buy 2 screen in car DVD player’s but have decided to purchase just the one. The portable DVD players seem okay but I do not know if they come with a lead so that they can be powered by the cigarette lighter socket in my car. Are the portable DVD players only powered by battery or do they have a lead? The twin in car DVD players have a lead that enables them to be powered by the cigarette lighter socket but I’m not to sure if the portable DVD players have this function.

portable dvd looks like a laptop , is that what you are looking for ? if so, the above brand is good.
the model may differ from your country, but in asia like china and philippines it is common dvd player.
cost only $50each set.

They do have a Li-on rechargable battery built in and they do come with a lead to keep them charged up in the car .
You may want to buy one thats built in the head rest.They cost about $120-$180 on ebay.I do have kids and have already gone through 2 dvd players..just a suggestion.
