You could find a dvd player for relatively cheap, and standalone GVS units are becoming very inexpensive these days: ~$200 for a decent unit. So be sure to not only look at your options for dual DVD/GPS, but also look at them separately to see if it's worth putting up with two units to save a lot of money. Its not the most exspensive nisest one but gets the job done. I love it. I got a 6.1" screen with navigation by garmin. Best 735 dollars i spent on my car. Ordered it from www.audiosavings.com Came in the very next day too. Hope this helps.
