How to convert a home audio subwoofer to go into my car??

i have a JL audio 8 inch home theatre subwoofer and it bumps hard but i want to put it into my car cuz it shakes my walls and stuff… but i dont know how to cuz it runs off of 120 volts AC out of the wall and car audio is DC… what could i do to put it in my car?

Don’t do it. It will not last long. Home audio speakers are not designed for the harsh temperatures and vibration that car audio sustains.

  1. 110 to 12 volt need a converter for it!

  3. If you build a system with much of the same specifications, you can get the same sound with a system for the car.
