   He had an interview in Vintage Guitar Magazine earlier this yearm and he talks about that guitar, why he no longer has it, and what he primarily uses today (historic reissue goldtop). He also briefly mentions his signature Marshall that is in development.

   Nor only that, but he sold the PG guitar several years ago to pay for some medical expenses. Too bad……great sounds from that thing.

   no the slash customshop 88 reissue has a fat 50s neck and the gibson USA slash which i own has a neck profile thats in between a 50s and a 60s neck.

    Canada is clamouring for a Gary Moore tour……c’mon Gary, give the colonials a piece of the ROCK….we’re desperate for a real guitarist to WOW us over here…I haven’t had chills at a concert since Robin Trower in 2006 and i’m overdue!!! AMAZING video…..

    thats right the peter green LP have covers , wow someone knows whats the real Peter green Guitar , the most of the people think that gary use all time in all videos but ins´t he change his guitar almost every 2 songs

    yes i saw him in 1979 at bradford with lizzy . i saw him 2 weeks ago in leeds he was rubbish he just played for his self . he never introduced the band and they swore at the crowd, i have seen him 4 times but that was the last, everyone was playing . All the best from yorkshire

    mmm like 2 millions of dollars to be more specific, gary sell to some guy in USA and the Dude want 2 millions of dollas for the Marerick , and if you say about the guitar in this video , that have to cost like 5000 Dlls

    That guitar is not the Maverick , just is a old Gibson … The Maverick ( peter LP) its really more old , without paint and with erosion on the brigde things like that , and gary dont have any more that guitar he sell it to some guy

    It isn’t Peter …
    It isn’t Peter Green’s LP - this is one of his many 1959 Reissue Les Pauls. He had sold Peter’s guitar for about $2m some years ago. He got injured and had to cover the costs of the canceled tour as the insurance didn’t do it.
